Our daughter had to have braces, so we decided to check Dr. Kavanaugh's office in Sedalia, MO. The moment we came in we knew this place would be the right place. Everybody is so friendly and nice. They listen to you and care about every single patient they have. The doctor is so great, friendly and very funny. You feel like they know you and that you've known them for a long time. You feel welcome the minute you walk in. Great place. Thank you for the great customer service. Dr. Ed Kavanaugh's office is the friendliest and most caring office around! No one chooses to be born having to have braces, but when they're necessary, Ed Kavanaugh's office is the best place to seek treatment. They are welcoming, friendly, helpful, and you can tell they "enjoy" helping their clients achieve the results they are looking for! I was a little nervous at first, but my boyfriend told me it was no big deal. The doctor was very nice and explained everything to me. He included things that I can and can't eat, which sorta stinks because I love carmel. I would rather have pretty teeth than carmel. He even let me pick out the colors of bands for my braces and everyone at school says they're really cool. My twin sister can't wait to finally lose all of her baby teeth so she can get braces! My little sister who is 9 wants them too. Thank you Doctor, you are the best!!! Need a great Orthodontist? Dr. Ed Kavanaugh is your man!!! I have been going to Dr. Kavanaugh for several years for treatment, and he is GREAT and FUNNY. Also, he loves handing out money from different countries!! Dr. Kavanaugh and his staff are wonderful. The staff was wonderful when my daughter had an incident. Her gag reflex had too much because of the impression mold. They never made her feel bad and took exceptional care of her (and me too). I cannot say enough about the care and experience we have at this office! Everyone is always so extremely friendly! It is hard to mark "exceeded expectations" because I have come to expect the above and beyond treatment we always get when dealing with everyone in your office! We also enjoy the extras that you do, such as Dr. K giving the kids coins when they come, the Halloween candy buy-back, and the non-perishable food donations! This office is truly remarkable!!! Dr. Kavanaugh and his staff are great. They make you fee comfortable. I like the variety of colors for braces and bands they have. Visiting this office eased any apprehension I had of getting braces. I was assured that they would work with me to determine a payment and treatment schedule best for me. I'm excited! The professional staff at Dr. Ed Kavanaugh's office is some of the best I have seen. I came to Kansas City from Indiana, fresh out of braces. It was a rush job because of my move to Kansas City. Dr. Kavanaugh started seeing me (remember I am not his patient) to adjust my retainer every so often just out of kindness. I knew then what kind of a doctor and business man he was so when I needed to go back into braces again, I knew who was getting my business. This time my teeth look exceptional. He even fixed my crossbite that the other orthodontist said he couldn't fix. I think Dr. Ed Kavanaugh is the best there is and I highly recommend him and his staff. We switched to Dr. K after a very unsatisfactory experience with another orthodontist in Sedalia, MO. We have been shocked at the difference between the care and the commitment. Prior to switching, we had broken wires and items that would break. Not once did this happen under the care of Dr. Kavanaugh. Also, the ease of scheduling and the consideration for school schedules helped greatly. We are so glad that we switched and only wish we had started with Dr. Kavanaugh. He and his staff are terrific! The entire staff and Dr. Kavanaugh have made the process pleasant and smooth. We have had no complaints, ever! You have gone above and beyond in helping me with my son and trying to help him get perfect attendance. I really have appreciated all! I think it is brilliant how you all go all over and I still knew someone would be in the Kansas City area to take care of my son..... He makes us feel at ease, both as a patient and as a parent. We as parents are allowed to be involved and participate with our daughter's care instead of just sitting in a waiting room. He was easy to talk with, answered all our questions and made my daughter feel comfortable. My son felt very comfortable with Dr. Kavanaugh. That means more to me as a parent than anything. My husband and I felt very comfortable making such a major decision about our child's teeth to Dr. Kavanaugh and his wonderful staff. I like the friendly atmosphere and the timeliness of appointments. He seems to be very kid friendly which is good because my son IS a handful. Dr. Kavanaugh has to be the nicest guy there is. He is great with kids. My children look forward to going each month to see him. They like the drawings and the little gifts the doctor gives out. He makes it fun for them. He is GREAT! with kids, they love him. Hours on Saturday! Payment plans. You are amazing with our lives and community. Thank you for being a hero and a Doctor. The enthusiasm is contagious.
