Dr. Ed Kavanaugh is a very spectacular
man. He was both my daughter's and son's
Orthodontist. Throughout the many years of them being
patients of his, he helped, unselfishly to sponsor their
teams. Thank you is just not enough. God Bless You,
Sir. Dr. Kavanaugh doesn't need suggestions on how to
improve. You all are the best. I've always referred
you all to everyone I know that is looking for a good

humor. Staff is always very friendly, which I
appreciate. Love these guys! Everyone always does
a great job! If there are any areas that have a problem,
they fix it immediately. Dr. Kavanaugh sees everyone and
he and his staff are all so nice, friendly and
professional! Every appointment is fast and never waiting
in the waiting room but a few minutes. My daughter leaves
every appointment with a smile. A pleasant greeting warms the patient who

friendly. Everyone who works here is also really great

All the staff is great, Ed keeps them happy and keeps his
patients happy. We always have a good experience. Like a family. Dr. Kavanaugh and his
entire team, from the front desk, to billing and the medical
assistants, are always professional, kind and courteous.
But that's not where it ends. They know my child; his
interests, his siblings, his school. They have a genuine
interest in him and have gone out of the way for, not only him,
but our family, on more than one occasion. They have
given him, not only excellent orthodontic care, but wonderful
support in his life. For us, going to the orthodontist is
like going to visit friends. Having three out of my four sons in braces
is not only a financial strain but also hard to get them to
their appointments. We love the ability to have them
picked up from school and brought to the Kearney office.
Saves time from my work schedule and they all love riding in
the limo! A very professional office and considerate of
their clients time. What can I say?... Always a pleasant
experience. Professional and friendly is the norm. Amazing!!! The customer service makes
all the difference in the world at Dr. Kavanaugh's!
Everyone is so polite, professional and kind. We couldn't
ask for more. The entire staff at Dr. Kavanaugh's office
is the best!! They demonstrate patience, empathy, flexibility,
sensitivity, and over-all genuine caring for each of their
clients. Dr. Kavanaugh is always in a good mood and
greets you with a smile and good sense of humor. I'm
happy that not only am I able to receive treatment here, but my
daughter is as well. Since day one the whole staff has been very
friendly and has exceeded my expectations. My child has
always felt very comfortable and welcomed. We always know
the next step of treatment and the reason for it. The
staff has made braces a comfortable experience for my
child! We have had the best care that anybody could
ask for. I have a couple of friends who come there and
they are very pleased with the service and everybody is so
friendly and will help you with any questions you have.
My son just loves the girls and Dr. Kavanaugh, he says they are
all awesome and loves coming to see them. Thanks for all
you have done for us, we appreciate it. I have two daughters under the care of Dr.
Kavanaugh and it has been a wonderful experience. This is
my oldest daughter's second time with braces. Her first
experience with another orthodontist was not a good one.
Her teeth started to move and she needed braces again. We
went to Dr. Kavanaugh and he suggested she have braces put on
again. She got her braces off this week after two years,
and her teeth look beautiful. Dr. Kavanaugh and his staff
are wonderful!! They are professional and compassionate about
their patients and it has been a great experience. I
can't thank you all enough for taking such good care of our
girls. The receptionists are always very
welcoming! Very quick service! Ed is an excellent Orthodontist! I
would definitely recommend him to everyone I could. He's
nice and gentle when it comes to working on your teeth!
He always has a smile on his face and asks how things are going
and whether there are any concerns or not! Great
Ortho! As for the ladies he has in his office, every
single one of them are very friendly and help with any concerns
or question a patient may have. They explain everything
thoroughly! I appreciate everything these people put into
their work! They are by far the best dent fixers I
know! Thanks ladies and Mr. Ed K. Your entire staff is wonderful.
Friendly, professional, things seem to run so smoothly. I
always recommend your services when it comes up in conversation

Excellent friendly, professional practice!!! Dr. Kavanaugh and his staff are always very
friendly. I have been seeing him for 6 years and cannot
imagine having gone somewhere else. He and his staff work
hard to make sure you have the most comfortable experience
possible. I always appreciate the explanations of what
they are doing. I would recommend him to everyone I
know. The Perfect Orthodontist. I've never seen better public
relations!!!! All the staff has done a great job every
time I was there for an appointment. I think you provide
a great service that it does not need any improvements. Everyone is so kind and helpful. They
make us feel welcome! We have told many friends on
Facebook about our wonderful experience and they are planning
to take their children! Quality care and friendly service.
After starting treatment with another orthodontic provider, we
were very unhappy with treatment. We switched to Dr.
Kavanaugh and it was the best thing we could have done.
We were treated respectfully and with excellent care. The
difference between the two offices was glaring and I am so glad
for this office. Dr. Kavanaugh's office is so friendly.
I always walk out of the office with a smile! Everyone
there is so nice and ready to help with anything you need or
any questions you have! Everyone was very informative and
we were aware of everything ahead of time! I can't say
enough great things about this office! I have never
walked into ANY doctor's office that made you feel more
welcomed and right at home! My son had an emergency and
they were outstanding! Not only did the assistant meet us
on a Friday night at 8:45pm, but she got there in 10
minutes! My son's wire was sticking out so he had to hold
it so it wouldn't poke his lip. So, it was nice that we
got it taken care of right away! The assistant could not
have been nicer and made us feel like it was totally not a big
deal and she was happy to help us! She was truly
amazing! I can't say enough good things about all the
stuff that we have encountered there! It has been such an
awesome experience and my 9 year old, and for mom and
dad! As a matter of fact, my son's wire broke at a pool
party and the parents there asked us who is orthodontist was
for the future because they were so impressed that your office
had someone on call that would be able to help right
away. The best
orthodontist staff anywhere, 2nd to none! Dr. Kavanaugh's
staff is outstanding in every way!!! What more can I
say? I
have been a patient of Dr. Kavanaugh. Before I was ever a
patient of his, I came here from Indiana, fresh out of braces
(it was a rush job), but Dr. Kavanaugh took very good care to
adjust my appliances when needed because I wasn't in braces
long enough before I then became a patient of Dr.
Kavanaugh. I have been very happy with my service and
care for the last 2 years. I love all his girls and he is
the best. I would highly recommend him to anyone young or

daughter had to have braces, so we decided to check Dr.
Kavanaugh's office in Sedalia, MO. The moment we came in
we knew this place would be the right place. Everybody is
so friendly and nice. They listen to you and care about
every single patient they have. The doctor is so great,
friendly and very funny. You feel like they know you and
that you've known them for a long time. You feel welcome
the minute you walk in, great place. Thank you for the

around! No one chooses to be born having to have braces,
but when they're necessary, Ed Kavanaugh's office is the best
place to seek treatment. They are welcoming, friendly,
helpful, and you can tell they "enjoy" helping their clients
achieve the results they are looking for! I
was a little nervous at first, but my boyfriend told me it was
no big deal. The doctor was very nice and explained
everything to me. He included things that I can and can't
eat, which sorta stinks because I love caramel. I would
rather have pretty teeth than caramel. He even let me
pick out the colors of bands for my braces and everyone at
school says they're really cool. My twin sister can't
wait to finally lose all of her baby teeth so she can get
braces! My little sister who is 9 wants them too.

Kavanaugh is your man!!! I have been going to Dr.
Kavanaugh for several years for treatment, and he is GREAT and
FUNNY. Also, he loves handing out money from different
countries!! Dr. Kavanaugh and his staff are
wonderful. The
staff was wonderful when my daughter had an incident. Her
gag reflex had too much because of the impression mold.
They never made her feel bad and took exceptional care of her
(and me too). They jumped into action and cleaned
everyone right up. Thank you so much. We are so
grateful for your caring spirit everyone shared with us! I
cannot say enough about the care and experience we have at this
office! Everyone is always so extremely friendly!
It is hard to mark "exceeded expectations" because I have come
to expect the above and beyond treatment we always get when
dealing with everyone in your office! We also enjoy the
extras that you do, such as Dr. K giving the kids coins when
they come, the Halloween candy buy-back, and the non-perishable
food donations! This office is truly remarkable!!! Our
experience at Dr. Kavanaugh's office has been great. The
staff has been great and is always helpful. My son
could not believe how cool the office was. He was able to
color, watch TV, and play a Nintendo DS. His office is
definitely kid friendly. Dr.
Kavanaugh and his staff are great. They make you feel
comfortable. I like the variety of colors for braces and
bands they have. Visiting this office eased any apprehension
I had of getting braces. I was assured that they would
work with me to determine a payment and treatment schedule best
for me. I'm excited! These are the best people one could ever
have for an orthodontist...everyone is so nice, and the girls
always look forward to going The

virtually no waiting. Dr. Kavanaugh is always so
pleasant. He always takes time to see how the children
are doing in school. He also thinks about the other

The professional staff at Dr. Ed Kavanaugh's office is some of
the best I have seen. I came to Kansas City from Indiana,
fresh out of braces. It was a rush job because of my move
to Kansas City. Dr. Kavanaugh started seeing me (remember
I am not his patient) to adjust my retainer every so often just
out of kindness. I knew then what kind of a doctor and
business man he was so when I needed to go back into braces
again, I knew who was getting my business. This time my
teeth look exceptional. He even fixed my crossbite that
the other orthodontist said he couldn't fix. I think Dr.
Ed Kavanaugh is the best there is and I highly recommend him
and his staff. We
switched to Dr. K after a very unsatisfactory experience with
another orthodontist in Sedalia, MO. We have been shocked
at the difference between the care and the commitment.
Prior to switching, we had broken wires and items that would
break. Not once did this happen under the care of Dr.
Kavanaugh. Also, the ease of scheduling and the
consideration for school schedules helped greatly. We are
so glad that we switched and only wish we had started with Dr.
Kavanaugh. He and his staff are terrific! The
entire staff and Dr. Kavanaugh have made the process pleasant
and smooth. We have had no complaints, ever! You
have gone above and beyond in helping me with my son and trying
to help him get perfect attendance. I really have
appreciated all! Dr.
Ed Kavanaugh and his entire team provide exceptional service
and works hard to deliver that "perfect smile," to your
complete satisfaction. They are extremely organized,
thorough and professional, yet everyone is very caring.
They treat everyone as an individual and take the time to make
you feel comfortable and secure during treatment. I am
giving them the highest rating and highly recommend them for
their outstanding expertise in orthodontics and overall
service. If you want only the "Best,"--hire the
"Best." He
is child friendly. Dr. Kavanaugh is the best
orthodontist in the Northland. We have experienced
others, and however; the cost is a little more, it is worth
it. He is willing to work with our financial situation
and knows that the most important thing to our children (and
us) is straight teeth. We will recommend him to all we
know. Thank you, Dr. Kavanaugh. He always makes conversation
and relaxes me. Dr. Kavanaugh is a kind individual.
You can tell that he's genuinely interested in his
patients. His attitude is infectious and his people
skills are incredible. He's someone we feel lucky to
know. Honestly, everything about
Dr. Kavanaugh and his staff is great. I have never seen
such an upbeat office anywhere. They really make you feel
special in every way. If this place cost more than the
others, I would still come here.
AWESOME!!!!! Dr. Kavanaugh is great with
the kids. I really enjoy coming to the office.
Everyone seems to always be in a great mood, which makes the
waiting room less stressful. They have understood my
financial situation and have been willing to work with
me. I thank them for that! This is great! I feel like we
are a part of a community...you ALL are fantastic! I
think it is brilliant how you all go all over and I still knew
someone would be in the Kansas City area to take care of my
son..... He makes us feel at ease,
both as a patient and as a parent. We as parents are
allowed to be involved and participate with our daughter's care
instead of just sitting in a waiting room. He was easy to
talk with, answered all our questions and made my daughter feel
comfortable. My son felt very comfortable
with Dr. Kavanaugh. That means more to me as a parent
than anything. My husband and I felt very comfortable
making such a major decision about our child's teeth to Dr.
Kavanaugh and his wonderful staff. I like the friendly
atmosphere and the timeliness of appointments. He seems to be very kid
friendly which is good because my son IS a handful. Dr. Kavanaugh has to be the
nicest guy there is. He is great with kids. My
children look forward to going each month to see him.
They like the drawings and the little gifts the doctor gives
out. He makes it fun for them. He is GREAT with kids, they
love him. Hours on Saturday! Payment plans. You are amazing with our
lives and community. Thank you for being a hero and a
Doctor. The enthusiasm is contagious. We love you guys. You
are all very friendly and efficient. We love the way the
office makes it fun to come to the orthodontist. We
couldn't have picked a better doctor. Thank you. I absolutely love Dr.
Kavanaugh. He is so very nice and I love it when he
greets my children out in the lobby. You are all fast and
pretty much on time with all of the appointments. GREAT
JOB!!
