I do want to say that I have never seen any other health care provider give back as much to the patients and the community as your office. There is always something posted that Dr. Kavanaugh is doing for his patients or for a cause (i.e. Halloween events and skating parties). He sees my daughter for her braces and the office is family friendly, but it is truly Dr. Kavanaugh who goes above and beyond. He rewards the kids for good grades, holding drawing contests and giving the kids special coins with stories always attached for good measure. He even buys back the Halloween candy for cash each year to help stave off those cavities. He is not covered by my insurance, but I do make reasonable monthly payments and actually this is helped by a flexible spending account at work. I truly, however, can't imagine having a better situation for these long many years my daughter will require braces. When I met Dr. Kavanaugh and his staff on our first visit everyone was very pleasant and cared about helping my daughter with her braces. Everything was explained to me upfront and during each visit my daughter went to. Every time I called to set up an appt. the staff was very helpful. In between visits we would get a card in the mail letting my daughter know how her teeth were coming along - good or bad. It has been great having an orthodontist who knows what they are doing and who genuinely cares about you.
